Shamsieh Education Platform Issued by: Shamsieh Technology Services Company Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Introduction Shamsieh Technology Services Company ("the Company", "we", "our") is committed to protecting the personal data of users of the Shamsieh Education platform. This document explains how we collect, process, use, and protect personal data, and sets out the Terms of Use governing access to the platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. PART I: Personal Data Protection Policy 1. User Responsibility Users agree to: - Provide accurate and truthful information - Use the platform lawfully - Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the system Users are solely responsible for their final educational decisions. 3. Accuracy of Information The platform relies partially on information provided by educational institutions. The Company does not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or continuously updated. Users are advised to verify information directly with institutions before making final decisions. 4. Limitation of Liability Shamsieh Technology Services Company shall not be liable for: - Admission or rejection decisions - Academic or professional outcomes - Financial losses - Any dispute between users and educational institutions 5. Intellectual Property All platform content, systems, algorithms, and decision models are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied or reused without written authorization. PART III: Decision Engine Disclaimer The Decision Engine is an automated analytical tool that calculates compatibility scores based on user-input data and predefined internal criteria. By using this feature, the user acknowledges that: - The results do not constitute an official ranking - Compatibility scores do not guarantee admission - Results do not represent absolute superiority - The final decision rests solely with the user - The service is advisory in nature only PART IV: Chatbot and WhatsApp Communication When using the chatbot or communicating via WhatsApp: - Conversation data may be stored to improve services - User data may be shared with selected institutions upon request - Processing may occur through third-party service providers subject to their own policies Conversation data will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes without explicit consent. PART V: Minors If the platform is used by a minor, parental or guardian consent is required. The parent or guardian assumes responsibility for the accuracy of submitted information. PART VI: Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend this document at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
